Why did you pursue a career in the vacation rental industry?

I bought my lodge as a wonderful place to escape to for weekends and holiday times. While I am not using it, I wanted others to be able to get the benefit from the amazing facilities offered by Ladram Bay Holiday Park and my wonderful views.

What influenced you to choose Ladram Bay Holiday Park for your rental?

The amazing facilities of the Park: the private beach, swimming pool, well-run, friendly staff, great shops and restaurants — I could go on!

What makes your property unique compared to other rentals?

The view: the facilities and the fact that I have an amazing management company who work with me to make the guest experience amazing.

What is your best or most rewarding memory as a vacation rental owner?

The many very positive reviews and guestbook entries I receive.  And of course, sitting on my decking with a glass of something sparkly and looking at my uninterrupted sea view.

What are your hopes/goals for your business’s future?

To increase bookings and profitability whilst giving my guests a great experience.
